1. Can i make changes to my order?
- Once payment has been received and order has been confirmed, we would not be able to make any changes.

2. May I cancel my order?
- We understand that you may change your mind or have made other plans, please inform us before 12pm on the day before your scheduled date of delivery, otherwise, we would not be able to cancel. E.g. order to be delivered on the 12th, please inform us on the 11th before 12pm. Whatsapp us at 9766 9766.

3.  How do I report issues with my orders such as missing items or product issues?
- Please contact us via our Business Whatsapp account +65 9766 9766. Do note that our customer service is only available 9am-6pm daily.

4. How do I add a special note for my order?
- You may add your note in the remarks box during checkout, and we will add your remarks to your delivery details.

5. Is there a minimum order quantity?
-Nope, there is no minimum order quantity. Depending on the amount you buy, the delivery fee will be automatically calculated. Do note that free deliveries applies for orders above $29.
